Bilal has spent the last 10 years at two of the big 4 auditing and consulting firms globally, namely EY & PwC. Since completing his articles, he has spent time in gaining experience on both a strategic and tactical level in the fields of information technology, digital transformation & emerging technologies. In his last role at PwC, Bilal lead the Emerging Technology business for the risk assurance function.

Mohammad has spent the last 10 years at the JSE listed mining house Exxaro Resources Limited. He initially spent the former years of his career between multiple operations developing a deep understanding of the mining value chain. His role as Junior Engineer, Business Excellence saw him as a core part of the team to implement Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking principles within corporate functions. Mohammad was part of the Innovation Management Team as Senior Specialist Innovation, looking at different approaches and vehicles to drive innovation philosophies to source and apply emerging technology further into their mining operations.
